Forex Market Hours PST (GMT-8)

Following is a useful chart that shows the Forex Market Hours in the PST zone

  • London    12:00 midnight to 9:00 am PST
  • New York 5:00 am to 2:00 pm PST
  • Sydney    2:00 pm to 11:00 pm PST
  • Tokyo      4:00 pm to 1:00 am PST
The most active trading period is called Power Hours and lasts only four hours; that is when the London and New York market hours overlap.
Power Hours run from 5:00am to 9:00am PST.

    Forex Trading should be accorind to the Forex Market hours. This is the time to work hard and do some extra income.
